About me

My name is Bård Jensen and I live in Oslo/Norway.

The first meeting I had with a Bull Terrier was in 1995 up in the northern part of Norway, a friend’s brother was visiting him and had a small white bullie girl with him, Tussi was spinning around my Rottweiler Arco, she was all over him and I just fell in love with this strange creature.

Multi CH Everglades
"Evert" I got from Kennel Active Lad, April 2003. My very first show was our special show in June 2003 and there were some people who said to me “your boy will never be any show dog”, but his breeder believed in this little bullie boy and dragged me slowly into these dog shows, and I can proudly say that we have proven them all wrong. Evert has up till today gained the titles: International CH, Nordic CH, Norwegian CH, Swedish CH, Danish CH, Finnish CH, Swedish Winner 2005, Nordic Winner 2006 and Norwegian Winner 2007, he also has BIG and BIS placements.

Multi CH Quest Sweet Active Lass
"Vesla" is my first bitch, she came to me in November 2004 and she changed our nice and quiet way of living. I think that Vesla speaks for herself by just looking at her, so far Vesla has won following titles on shows: International CH, Nordic CH, Norwegian CH, Swedish CH, Finnish CH, Norwegian Winner 2005 and Best In Show from our Open show 2006, I’m sure there will be more titles for her in the future.

Multi CH Active Lads Crocodile Girl
"Ebba" is the very first puppy after Evert and she is the wild one out of my dogs, she is high and low and everywhere at the same time. She has been shown at only few shows and so far gained this: International Nordic CH, Norwegian CH, Danish CH, Finnish CH, Swedish CH, Nordic Junior Winner 2006, Nordic Winner 2006, Norwegian Winner 2007 and Best In Show puppy at our open show 2006.

CH Great Chiefs Perle d'Amour
"Mille" is our little sunshine!
I have to say that she have done very well at shows with BIG and BIS placements.
Mille has gained her Norwegian CH title and more to come for the future.

Krokko-dillens Gorekeya "Bittelitt" & Krokko-dillens Pita Gatteya "Maya"
is from my first litter and I adore them both. I couldn't be happier with them!
The sisters will be shown more in the near future.

When it comes to breeding I have among others had Kennel Active Lad as my mentor and we bred 3 litters together, we share the same philosophy that a Bull Terrier should be a dog with exercise and active living together with us that lives in the house sharing the same easy living as we humans do.

Some of the things that are important for me are the health and temperament of the Bull Terrier, I will strive to achieve this for my puppies, since most of the puppies will be sold as house pets but I do hope to see some of them in the ring. I am looking for active homes for my puppies, a Bull Terrier needs to have a life full of activities, not just sit around in a kennel all day, they need not only activities for the body but for the brain as well.

I have been an member of the Norwegian Terrier Club and the Bull Terrier group since 2003 and an active member of the Norwegian Terrier Club's main board since 2009. We have about 4600 members and administrate over 30 Terrier breeds.

Best regards

Bård and his beloved Bullies

A Bull Terrier should be a full family member!
